- Alfred Hitchcock Presents - The master of suspense. Nothing in modern crime shows is new or innovative. It has all been done by Hitchcock. 3 seasons. 4th season probably coming soon.
- Mythbusters - Probably my favorite show ever. Collections 1-4 and Big Blast Collection
- IT Crowd - Hilarious geek show. Comparable to Big Bang Theory. All 3 seasons
- Legend of the Seeker - Phenomenal fantasy series produced by Sam Raimi (Hercules, Xena, Evil Dead). Episodes are added as they air on ABC Family. 2 seasons.
- Lost - Very good and intense show, as well as popular. It's in HD!
- Blood + - Very good anime series. Best anime on instant watch in my humble opinion. entire series (50 episodes)
- Dirty Jobs - Mike Rowe is the man. Collections 1-4.
- The Office - I actually haven't watched this yet, but it is a very popular series and its great that so many seasons are available for instant watch. Seasons 1-5.
- Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations - You learn a lot about food and cultures. Collections 1-7.
- Ghost in the Shell: SAC - Futuristic crime show/action anime. Entire series (26 episodes)

don't forget the five seasons of Weeds
I wish I knew who said this.
I haven't seen Weeds, but the list does need some modification. I may post another one soon. Now that Seeker has been cancelled, it no longer belongs on there in my opinion. Also, Lost definitely needs a spot on there.
Feel free to post any shows you recommend here in the comments. I try to convert people to Netflix Instant Watch from cable all the time so the more shows I have in my arsenal, the better.
Yeah...Lost is totally on there. I don't know what I was thinking.
Making a top 10 anime list would be fun as well.
