Old Fashioned GTA Fun

While messing around on GTA 4 with a 1 star wanted level, I drove an ambulance into the sea. Of course, with only 1 star the fuzz tries to get you out of the vehicle instead of shooting at you. So they would keep driving their cars into the water. Then they got out and swim to me, and finally would drown. After about 15 or 20 minutes of this, I counted about 20 floating NPCs in the water and about 10 or so cars. It was pretty over-the-top for the more realistic world of the latest GTA.
