How to Set Control Defaults in Xbox 360

I play FPS games with the controls inverted. But every FPS seems to have the Y-axis default to non-inverted. So every time I load up a new game, I have to take the time to invert the controls. It turns out that you can set some defaults for the first time you play a game, and you can subsequently change the setting in the game itself if you desire something different for that particular game.

On the Xbox 360 dashboard:

1. Go to My Xbox. Hit A to access your account. (It's after the Open Tray and before Game Library).
2. On the first tab that opens, go to Profile.
3. Go to Game Defaults.
4. Go to Action.
5. Now you can change the Y-Axis default to Inverted.

Browse this section to find other very useful defaults to tailor your account, such as setting the default difficulty to easy, normal, or hard.
