Rest In Peace Dell Inspiron 8600

It is a sad day today. My laptop of 5.5 years died before my eyes as I was plugging a mouse into its USB port. I plugged it in and like an elephant the computer died of a heart attack.

But there is a bright side. It had a long run of 5.5 years (somewhere around 80 in laptop years). That is something to be proud of.

Goodbye laptop.

That's a long time for a laptop to live! You really got lucky with that one.

And just yesterday you were telling me you thought about getting a new laptop because you thought this one might die.

Also, thankfully, I backed up my source list yesterday. So basically setup on a new computer will be much, much easier for me.

I remember when you got it after you graduated. James and I played Diablo on it right before we left to Destin Fl.

There was also that time I set up the "broken screen" picture as a full screen and you came home and I acted like I broke it. I was really sad and you believed every bit of it. I even got it on camera, lol.

Dude, that was hilarious. Do you still have that video? Is it on youtube?

No man, unless it's on your camera. I don't think I ever put it on youtube =[.

It was great though, you felt worse for me because I looked so torn up than you did about the computer.

That sounds like one hilarious joke. Speaking of YouTube, I recently re-watched the Hiding no Jutsu. Hilarious.
