Just made some great scrambled eggs and thought I'd share the recipe for something very simple to cook.
Ingredients, if cooking for 2 people:
4 eggs
1/2 tablespoon butter/margarine
1/4 cup milk or shredded cheese
Melt butter in pan. Mix eggs and milk or cheese. Pour into pan and scramble until cooked, not runny, but not hard. Serve with a breakfast meat such as sausage, or with English muffins or toast.
Eggs are great. They're relatively cheap yet very healthy.

I just ate this recipe last night. To make it truly delectable, pour Texas Pete on a toasted bagel, cover the bagel with the eggs and sprinkle cheese over them.
